Re: Cannot call or text from Italy

Hi All,

In Tuscany and cannot text/call. Issue - not registered to a network. Also cannot get through to LiveChat/WebChat. And cannot find a way of contacting customer services as phone does not call out.

Any suggestions most welcome!

Isolated in Tuscany.

Hi @TuscanyHoliday You could try a manual search for a different network and see if that works.

If not, you will need to contact customer services or live chat to see if there are any roaming bars on your account.

If you have wifi then you can call them over Skype using this number +44 800 032 1402

Try cleaning the sim card and rebooting the phone.

Try rebooting the phone a few times.
