Hi all

I have been with o2 since 2018 , up until June of 2019 i had no problems  . Since then i have terrible signal continuous dropped calls, water /darlek sounds plus people cant get through at times and I can not call out at times. Last November i was given a discount and promised the issue would be fixed by the end of January this year, yes you guessed it it wasnt , its now April and things are actually getting worse. Spoke to the complaints team and basically they dont want to know, and cant tell me when the issue will be fixed and this has nothing to do with the current pandemic situation its been going on for ten months. I dont want to end the contract and give them the phone back as i have paid over half which is £700  any advice please

@Lessa38

Pay off the rest of the device plan and you will own it outright.

You can then get a sim only from another network.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
