I cancelled my pay monthly contract, buut have not received a 'Final Bill'. I have received a normal bill with a threat of £6 additional charges if not paid. I'm disabled and cancelled because I can no longer use a phone, but your 'help' assistant only allows phone calls! (I've tried the 'assistant' but it never understands what I type1) HELP!

Did you follow one of the methods in this guide Guide: Cancelling Your Contract @Frustrated99 ?
If not then the contract might not have been cancelled correctly.
Get in touch with customer services by one of the methods already provided to find out what's gone wrong.
