I received a monthly SIM from you and wish to CANCEL it.

Order:  MS-[Removed]

Date: 01.08.2023

Name:  Debbie Howard

Item: [Removed]

Description:  Pay Monthly Triple SIM

Serial No:  [Removed]

 

I have tried on many occasions to contact O2 with absolutely no luck whatsoever.  Today after waiting for 53 minutes I was told they cannot find me on the system.

 

Please advise URGENTLY

 

I do not want to pay for this dreadful service with O2
