My Sim never arrived

I ordered a sim-only Pay Monthly on 31 July, I was debited for the month of August, but I still haven't received anything. The tracking number doesn't work on the Royal Mail website.

You need to call the sales team on 0800 081 0255 and they should be able to send you out a replacement and credit any time over, but bare in mind you need to allow 7 working days for delivery via Royal Fail.
