Hi guys. How do I cancel my monthly payments. I have paid off my plan and i am being direct debited for a phone that I no longer have. I moved to Australia.

If you have paid the device off you will still be getting charged for the airtime which is free to cancel now but you must speak to customer service and give 30 days notice.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
