I Very recently upgraded my device on my contract but have quickly realised I am unhappy with my new phone. I wish to return it but had several questions I wished to ask:

-I know I can return the Item within 14 days of purchase, but are there any conditions for this? Or can I just return it because I no longer want it?

-Does the phone have to be returned to the same store I bought it from?

-If I leave O2 can I transfer my number to a new provider?

@BigBoiBob no reason is required, just return everything you got with the phone to the same place..

I have just taken out a sim only contract with O2 but I am unhappy. I have transferred my number across from my previous provider 3.

However, I have seen a better sim only contract with O2 and have taken this one in addition - is it possible to cancel my previous contract (within the 14 days cancellation period) and keep my original phone number?

Can this be done if I am off from o2 to o2? I am worried I will lose my phone number because it is within the 14 day cancellation period and I won't be able to transfer my phone number.

@Macky

I can't see any reason why not but you'll need to get customer services to do it.
