Can’t make or receive calls since upgrade!?

I upgraded my phone today to an Apple iPhone 12 Pro and I’ve had a lot of problems making and receiving calls. My husband tried calling my number and it says that he had dialled an incorrect number? I tried calling and it beeps once and disconnects. Any advice?
