I have tried without success to get through to customer services on more than 8 occasions today to cancel my contract and obtain a PAC Code. Have wasted over three hours on the phone / chat service
I have used the auto chat machine 5 times and they all end up by saying "just transferring you to the right team" and the chat always never follows through. ( I even waited 30 minutes one time to see what happened.)
The O2 shop locally also has no interest and seems to want to play no role in the process.
Does anyone know a phone number or a live e-mail address to customer service?

Get through to customer services and ask to be put through to Retentions?
