This isn't customer service I'm afraid. 

However you can check yourself in My O2 by opening your bill and scrolling down to View & Print Older Bills.

All bills go back 2 years so you should be able to see it

If the account is closed it will show as a disconnected account in your MyO2.

As they said, My O2 is the quickest and easiest way to view your bill and also you can view your bill in the My O2 app.
