Hi, anyone can tell me why calls from bank, are automaticly diverted to a voice mail? Sim card tested on 3 phones, diversion status shows everywhere "No diverted". Phone is not ringing, just showing me "You have a new voice mail".

@Piter26 Check your bank's number in your contacts list to make sure you haven't inadvertently put a block on that number.

Number is not blocked as I chcecked sim card on 3 different phones.
All call diversions are clear.
Any other ideas?

I switched off the voice mail service and still the same.
On a bank website I have the information "We tried to call you on your mobile number 078****939 but couldn’t get through"

Hi @Piter26
Try this.
To cancel all call diverts
To cancel, type in this, ## 002 # and press SEND
All in the voicemail guide posted above, in the very end section Guide: All you need to know about O2 Voicemail 901

Tried this before. "Connection problem or invalid MMI code".

Have you tried turning VM off and back on again...then try the call divert option?
If this still doesn't work, then you need to call O2 to reset your Voicemail.

Is it possible that bank phone number is on an O2 spam list?

I doubt it, otherwise it wouldn't go to VM.
We once had a problem with text short codes from Sandander bank, although that was resolved once O2 sorted it out.
I think your Voicemail needs resetting, if all the info given above doesn't work.
I have searched other network forums and the advice is the same regarding turning off call diverts. If it doesn't work for you, then your only option is to call O2.

@Piter26 Your phone numbers are not stored on your sim card. They're stored in the memory of your phone. If you haven't checked your contacts list to see if the number is blocked you should do so.
