Call forwarding

Hi There, I'm unable to call forward anymore with my iphone 5s... I have also tried **21* but get a page of error messages. I have been into the O2 shop and have live chatted 3-4 times but still the phone won't call forward to my other O2 number. Any help.would be appreciated

I think I might know then.
Go to your MyO2 and look under device details.
If wifi calling is turned on, turn it off, wait 24 hours and reboot phone.

Are you contract or PAYG?
It's not possible to forward from a PAYG number.

Is the number you are trying to forward a pay monthly or a pay as you go account?
