Hi,
My phone is broken. As you can imagine with the current COVID-19 situation I need a working phone. I have tried to upgrade via your website, but I can't because I cannot switch my phone on. Is there any way you can help?

You will need to try and get through to customer service, possibly use Skype or borrow a phone or use a landline
