Hi If I want to bring my old number to O2 then one of the option is to call customer service and give them my pac. what is port authoriation code. My question is whether this request of port authoristation can be do online. Is there any tools where customer simply would able to type in their PAC code and also provide the number they want to bring to O2.

Unfortunately there is no automated service which you can enter PAC details. You could try using the webchat facility but ideally you (the account holder) will need to speak to customer services

You have to get the PAC from your existing network and give it to O2.
