Hi, malber. We are customers on this forum like you.
Your best bet is to call customer services on 202 or visit www.O2.Co.UK/contactus
Hopefully it's just maintenance that is preventing you from receiving a signal, however can you try turning the phone off and cleaning the sim card and powering back up.
You'd be surprised how often that works.

A good help link http://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Self-help-guide-Is-the-network-down-for-me-or-ev...

You can download the MYNETWORK APP to report the masts.

If you've sim swapped then it can take up to 24 hours to settle.

Occasionally turning the phone off , clean the SIM card and battery pull (phone model dependant) and turn the phone back on clears lots of glitches.

Depending on your handset, you could try setting it to 2G only (GSM only) through your network settings. This will slow internet down but should help you pick up a signal for calls and texts

Once the page updates 9hourly) and it shows the mast is repaired, reboot the phone.
