Bluelight card voucher does not work

Hi,

On the bluelight card website it says we get 25% off the bill with airtime over 3Gb but when I go to put the voucher code in that was given in the website it says it isn’t valid. I can’t do the o2 open because my actual company is part of that scheme.

Anyone got any suggestions? I’ve tried it with a plan that isn’t in the 6 months free airtime and I’ve checked in the terms and conditions that it’s not a product exempt from the offer.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
