If you are on Contract, check out your bill on MyO2 website first, @Lucy25.

If you see something you don't remember signing up to, then a call to O2 is necessary.

 You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers
