I found it took 72 hours before MyO2 updated to allow me to redeem (I also got a text around the same time if this helps)

https://www.o2.co.uk/extras/disney-plus

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer. It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically

Hi, I have updated my tariff a week ago (saturday) and it still doesn't show me any extras, no voucher link, nothing. All I've received was confirmation email that my tariff will change on the 15th of April and now I'm not sure if the issue is I'll receive activation link when my tarrif will be updated or due to current demand there's simply a massive delay with it? I've seen people been waiting a bit, but this is getting kinda long now :')

Just changing tariff does not make you eligible unfortunately.

It's only available to new and upgrading customers.
