My device plan has just come to an end. For my air time plan it’s normally roughly £17. To have an email set today regarding my next bill and you have taken this up to nearly £21. I want to know the reasons for this and since I’m paying an extra £4 I take it you have gave me something in return?

Hi @Gemma7

As members, who like you are customers not O2 staff and have no access to your account, suggested it is worth checking your MyO2 account and also the link to charges.

I would also suggest that you might take a look at this Guide on Tips to Avoid Unexpectd Charges on your Bill

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Tips-to-avoid-unexpected-charges-on-your-bill/ba-p/12182...

As mentioned, this is a Community forum and, as "Live Chat" is not operating, you may need to phone customer services on the numbers provided.

Good luck and I hope you get this sorted.

Stay safe.
