Missing parcel

Hi. I ordered an apple watch yesterday, and have had a notification to say DHL were unable to deliver my parcel as noone was in. I have been left with no slip to say they attempted delivery, I also have ring door bell and there is no evidence of anyone from DHL being at my door. Now I am struggling to track it
