The text service is already active

However, unless things have changed, you can't send texts from an ipad

You would need to put the sim in a phone to use the 100 texts

You cant send any sms from iPads unless you have it linked to an iPhone... The 100 sms is a hang over from the days when Routers could send and recieve SMS.
