Hi there I paid my bill late by my card and this morning o2 is taking the payment again

Was the payment due to be taken by Direct Debit, as they do retry it and they can't be stopped once processing has started.
You can request a refund from Customer Services once the payment has been processed.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
