Almost month ago I returned unwanted upgrade phone. However it's still listed in the system. O2 says they still waiting for information from the warehouse team as confirm delivery. My question is how long does it take to for the information to transfer between these two? I'll soon have to pay second bill.

Hi there. I contacted them already. Only what they say is "We are sorry,You have to wait". But this don't solve my problem at all .
