Depending on how and when you paid it, there can be a delay of a couple of days in it appearing.
if it has not been credited to your account by say Wednesday, I suggest that you contact the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you don't have a direct debit set up, do so to avoid future issues.
