Hi I have been calling to o2 serval times I had cancelled the tariff that I have make with o2 because I wanted to get phone on contract and I have been told that I will get the phone but instead of that I get only SIM card this was a big misunderstanding because the man who I was speaking to was so sure that I will receive the phone the next day that I receive the card I was calling to o2 so they will cancelled this all because I don't want and I will not pay for the card only I gave been told I will receive letter to pay 1.87 i haven't receive any letter the card is not in use at all and I have cancelled this already so many times that I am very disappointed because I receive emails to pay now 41 pound everymonth and I will not paying it because I have cancelled due to big misunderstanding of what I asked for and what I receive they just make me so sure that I will receive the phone and I went you to sort this out as soo. As possible this if fraud I cancelled this the next day I got the card I want the final bill of what the card has been use it was only 1.87 and nothing else and I went you to stop emailing me to pay monthly 41 pound because I am not using it if you want me to I will send the card back to you also you can check that this is not in use at all it suppose to be cancelled and the team was again lying that they cancelled but they not this is none of my business
