After changing tarrif do I still have my £5 phone insurance?

You can check in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

or message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

However, just a tariff change should make any difference, but if you upgraded your phone, you would need to register the new phone details.
