Why is my bill so high this month when I have done nothing different to normal, looking at my bill it says I have spent over £10 on minutes, when I have unlimited minutes so looking back at my other bills this doesn't have it.

We are not customer services so have no idea what numbers you have called but it sounds like you made calls not included in your allowance.
Check your MyO2 for a breakdown http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
and see here for excluded numbers from your allowances

Yes sounds like 0870 or 0845 numbers or even possibly international calls?
