Hi I purchased a new contract with o2 three months ago and I was asked to pay a £200 deposit which the sales person said I would get back once I had made 3 consecutive payments to which I have. Can anyone advise how I will get my deposit back will it be back into my bank account or shown as credit on my o2 account? Thanks in advance.

You need to call o2 on 202 and ask them to refund it to your bank account or added as credit. It's your choice.
