I have 3 phones with o2 one for myself, my husband and granddaughter.. my phone is the most expensive and my granddaughters the cheapest but I’m being charged the same price for all 3 phones, I’m really struggling on what to do as it’s charging and extra £40 more then what all 3 should cost together I’ve tried to call o2 and have had no answer due to the virus but I cannot afford being charged this every month

Does the bill for your g-daughter's phone not say what the extra charges are for @Kathleen1957?
