I want to pay my bill before it goes past the date and I have tried to pay my bill through the app but the details will not load. I also tried to go to the website as well but it is also having the same problem.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
