Hi all just paid my bill was just wondering how long it takes to get back online?

@Delwood52 It will take several days at least for the funds to clear, and with it being Christmas it will take longer, I'm afraid. Customer service will be able to give you a better idea of how long it will take.  https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/How-to-find-help-amp-contact-O2-A-Guide/m-p/1201416 You can also call for free from any phone on 0800 032 1402.

You should think about setting up a Direct Debit to avoid problems like this happening in the future.

Reboot your phone and see if you're back online. Some payment methods go straight through so how long depends on how you paid.
