So ive called o2 customer service on 2 occasions.

The first occasion the rep kept me on hold and then hung up on me after 20 mins.

I then called back on the 22nd of march and was told my sim would be cancelled...

But they didnt cancel my sim and 2 months on i am still being billed.

I have complained via email twice and still no help.... whats the next step

Do try the Social Platforms, link below has the ways, @cancelme - and nudge them now and then, 3 days is not uncommon for a helpful agent to engage. Good luck!

Just a thought....

Report the sim lost Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it

then O2 will send you a replacement which you can then use to get a PAC Guide: How to get your PAC [June 2021 Update] and port out to another network PAYG and then bin it.
