Balance didn't go down

It's very strange that after making a few charged calls these days my balance didnt go down, remaining the same...

Btw im on o2 pay&go

Welcome you to our community! I am PAYG too.

When you go to check your bill under My O2 you will see:

• Current balance: to cover the cost of your tariff next month
• and your Tariff where you can check your Remaining allowances: You have xxxx texts, xxx minutes of calls and xxx MB of data left (from your current tariff)

I know what you mean, but what I mean is my current balance didn't get deducted the certain amount of credit after making a charged call as it should've got...

Did you get any bonus credit when topping up? This is a virtual credit which doesn't show on your balance but which gets used first before your top up.

Not sure what to say, I get charged always!!!! Out of ideas. Did you check what @jonsie and @MI5 said? Maybe is taking longer than it should to update the information? Keep us updated though
