Balance didn't go down

It's very strange that after making a few charged calls these days my balance didnt go down, remaining the same...Btw im on o2 pay&go

Hi MercedesS, Thanks for your reply. I know what you mean, but what I mean is my current balance didn't get deducted the certain amount of credit after making a charged call as it should've got... Best, Kev
