I want to add an Apple Watch to my contract. Do I have to take out a new contract with the watch or can I add it to my phone contract as I will be using the same number with the watch. Online it is giving me options for the watch with a 36 month contract with airtime plan and no alternatives.

Just got one!

Go to your  watch app / mobile data / and select the plan from there.  £5pm currently with unlimited data through your watch.  It works great!

@Harriet1

When you buy from O2 they automatically set up the watch data plan at £5 per month.

If you just want to connect to your phone over Bluetooth and wifi, buy from Apple or elsewhere so you don't get forced into the data contract (Apple do an installment plan if you can't afford the one off payment).

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
