just gonna leave this here, pretty sure they are sending out the blank template for voucher codes now for the latest apple promo.
And yes my lad tried the code, no.. it doesn't work.
I assume virgin media now controls customer service as recently o2 have been awful at even the most basic stuff.
Anyone know how my lad can get his code?

That is just poor coding by a DEV to pick up the voucher code via the API, see that all the time, even in SAP systems...
Should have been picked up by a QA but typical dev done quick and dirty...

Hi - did this get resolved? I’ve had the same text message - online chat has told me that this is not the code , it’s is just an example of what to do when I receive the actual code within 30 days!!! Find this hard to believe!
