S8 plus think i got hardware problem?
Line appears down screen glows green but rainbow colours mostly.. of its time spent showing .. but also disappears??
It's within warranty time so would carphonewearhouse just swap do do you think or can I cure it with yr help?
How can I show pics to show you?

If less than 30 days old they will replace with brand new.
If older, they will repair, but the good news is CPW repairs are very good.

I would contact Samsung directly. Always best to deal with the manufacturer for warranty repairs. CPW do have their own repairers but they wouldn't just swap it for you.

Hi been chatting with Samsung..
They could collect from me .. unsure how long they would have the phone and I'd be without a phone till it's returned ..
Or maybe I can go back to carphonewearhouse and ask them to swap it or send off also unsure how long would be as back to Samsung as now only on 5 month of having this one .. my son reminded me I had an issue with my 1st s8 which they swapped 2nd day ... Oh dear it's becoming a bad habit them might think... but both hardware faults so I should be in the clear ...
Might get to c.p.w tomorrow

They won't swap it after 5 months but they will repair it.
Turnaround at CPW is usually pretty quick.
They've had a few of mine over the years and generally all done in 2 or 3 days, but they will loan you a basic phone so you can stay in touch with calls and texts.
