Adjustments can be anything either positive or negative to correct your bill.

If it isn't clear what from your MyO2 you need to call customer services to ask Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This usually means you are paying for something you have bought, or have phoned a premium number. You could have sent a MMS?

We have no access to your account so you will have to  contact customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If this is a new account or if you have changed tariff you may have to pay an adjustment  from the change date to the billing date. Also an adjustment could be a credit on the account if there is a minus sign.

I dont understand as my MMS messages are kept separate from my Adjustments and I don't think I phoned a premium number. It could be because I'm paying for what I bought, but I already pay monthly for the phone I bought.

Adjustment charges are defined as:

"One-off charges that are not covered within your tariff and any credits, refunds or cash returns. Examples of these include bill re-print charges and discretionary credits."

If you have a credit it will look like this.

I have been charged £10.26 plus VAT for "adjustments" on this months bill.

No explanation.

Any idea what they could be for?

@DynamicD2

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
