Account with Aerial direct

Anonymous
Not applicable

I feel completely conned..

In 2012 I was called by Aerial Direct, who told me they were part of O2.  i questioned this, but the answer was very plausible, and basically their call confirmed lots of details about my O2 account, and enabled an early upgrade (only a few weeks but the lure of the new phone worked!).  Since then I have kept the account going with Aerial Direct, and then added my wife a SIM only contract.  I'm a busy person, and just stuck with Aerial because I thought they were part of O2.  Having read on this forum today, they are clearly not!  How did they get my data from O2?

I'm paying an indecent amount..  My wife's SIM only contract is approx £25.00 per month, and my account (including handset) is approx £38.00.

I want to leave Aerial now, but am alarmed that its going to be difficult.  Really hope O2 can help me out.

Thanks

Ralph

Have you spoken to Aerial at all? Presumably you will both be on business contract so first of all speak to them and find out when your contracts end and then we can try and advise you further.

Struggling to get Aerial to communicate with me via email, and haven't had time to call them due to work committments (which is why I wanted them to email me!)

Will update you hopefully later!  Thanks for your support/interest!
