I’ve just upgraded my plan and have been told I have now got access to extras such as 6 months of Disney plus or audible and other deals. That there was a choice of deals available. However I can only see the Disney plus deal and no further deals that were told to me in store.

Hi @Megan10 when did you complete the upgrade? as sometimes it can take a couple of days for it to update all the systems.

But you can usually select from these extras https://www.o2.co.uk/extras?cm_mmc=googleuk-_-PPC_Direct_Brand-_-O2%20Extras%20-%20Brand%20-_-o2%20e...

Hi  @Megan10

You do have several extra's available to you, if they were not mentioned, you would need to take that up with the store directly, and they will help you change the extra or call 202 from your Mobile which is a free call and ask if they can change it for you.

Requests are only being processed between 10am and 6pm and the extra's you can choose is six months of Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Audible, Calm, McAfee, Call international numbers from 1p a minute, Download thousands of newspapers and magazines.

Hi Megan,

FIRSTLY do you have a myO2 account login for online account access ? Or for the o2 app ?As you said you were a instore o2 customer upgrade

The extras should show there, can you confirm if you have myO2 access ? And are these extras showing or not in myO2 ?

In case you have not a got a myO2 login please go here and sign up, it’s a easy process with a one time security number set up sent to your mobile number, then onwards you can login with your mobile number/email and password
