Hi everyone I am new to this writing on this community. 

 

I have had my current contract since September 2019, and paid my bill every month on time. But for some reason yesterday 17th July when my bill was due I tried to pay for it but O2 declined it and im struggling to get through to anyone and I don't know what to do or how to solve the problem. 

 

I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me our with a contact number where I can speak to someone direct not a automated message please.

If you dial 202 you must press 1 for a human to get through on the last menu option, it’s says it’s fraud/lost phones only but that’s the humans.

Poorly Covid implementation of the o2 system to be honest, go go through the normal automated choices to get hit with that second Covid saying only press 1 for fraud/lost phones.

Don’t call the Sales line you’ll end up with no O2 identification/announcements as per usual, but a American male recording voice & then finally offshore, even the several o2 staff I’ve spoke to on 202 thought it sounded well dodgy.
