I've tried to phone o2 many time a but I can't get a hold of anyone to talk about my payment for my latest bill. Who can I speak to resolve my problem?

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I've tried to call but again like the last 5 times it says that we can't put you through a call right now visit o2 support for more information. I recived a text earlier saying they're going to diverse my outgoing calls.

You can call Payment Management on the number given above, or customer service on 0800 032 1402 using Skype. It's free to download on your phone or computer and you can use it to make calls to 0800 numbers over WiFi.

Edit: Best time to try to get through is 8 am

I have downloaded Skype and I have tried to get through there but the same thing happened. The call never put me through and told me to try my o2 or help and support. I really need to get in touch with someone today before they bar my phone off and I won't be able to get in touch with them due to the situation.
