Has anyone noticed issues with the O2 website today?

After a while away from the network, I've placed an order for a new device and contract this afternoon. The up-front payment has been charged to my bank account twice. I've also now received an email saying the device isn't in stock, even though it said it was when I ordered.

The email then goes on to say I can check the order status in My O2, which I can't. Nothing shows in there. So 0 for 3 so far, O2. Couldn't have made more of a mess of this if they tried!

/rant over.

The website does occasionally have a moment @jamets515.
Did you try placing the order twice? That might explain the double payment.
As for stock, o2 don't have a live stock system so it always shows in stock even when it isn't.
Finally, the system should update overnight and your order should appear then.
If you want to query the payment with your bank what might have happened is that the payment was reserved and then put through fully. The reserved funds should come back into your account shortly.
If you need to contact o2, then there are a few different numbers on the link below. Best time to call is around 8am.
