I brought a New S22 2 months ago.
Few weeks after i did the order i got a message about the voucher, I did everything it said.
I did the Confirmation i still have not been given my voucher.
I Spoke to O2 and they said i need to keep the contract and pay the first 2 months of the contract. Which i have done. Yet I've still not been sent it. Can someone please look into this Technical fault.
I Meet all the Requirements and i read over the Terms and Conditions many times

Just a reminder, you'll get an email from o2@purecard.com with instructions on how to register your digital gift card 90 days" This was 19th July. is it normal to take almost 8 weeks to send them out ?

On my email it says the Gift Card would expire if not done by 18/08/22.

Still not had my voucher

Same for me. I think this is going to go to the full 90 days before actually arriving. My 90 days should be in the next 2-3 weeks, so fingers crossed for it
