Insurance...

Has anyone else had so much trouble with insurance.... first sent my phone away as it was broken then they sent a replacement, that came broken the screen wasn't on properly and was bouncing, sent me out another replacement then that one had problems...

Phone stopped working

I brought my phone with me to Nigeria. It worked fine until I had to change to a new device. It let in one call, then stopped completely. What do I do now, I need to access my calls, texts and WhatsApp. I am still being charged monthly
