Hi wondering if someone can help me.

I brought my phone number over from EE and I’m not able to change my number in my iPhone settings. I was advices to go to phone - my

number - change it - save it and reboot but this isn’t working. Any advice would be great thank you in advance

Have you followed these instructions: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime – Apple Support (UK)

It might be best as well to contact the Apple Support team, as sometimes it can be a MDM setting on the phone that is preventing it.
