Is it possible to pay off the end of my balance and transfer my contract to a different person and at the same time getting a new phone or do i have to pay off my phone and cancel my contract and open a new contract with the other person and a new phone?

Or is there a work around to transfer my number to the new contract which will be part of a different person.

In other words, I'm with my dad's contract but i want to transfer to my mums and get a new phone.

Cheers

The other person would need to apply for their own contract and pass the credit checks.

You can then migrate the number to the new contract if you wish.
