Hi, so I just been looking at the 02 refresh.. I’m now ready for a new phone as I’ve paid off my device.. do I have to keep the same number? SIM card? Etc or do I get new? Thanks

If you use the Upgrade option you will get a new phone and sim. You can use your old sim to keep the same number but if you want 5G then you will need to do a sim swap

Entirely your choice.

You can get a new sim and a new number or a combination.

By default you will keep your same sim and number so you need to request anything different.
