02 marketing calls

Hi I have been receiving calls twice a day every day from 0330 995 8421. I have blocked number but they leave a voicemail. I have spoken to customer services via chat and they said it's 02. How can I stop these calls leaving voicemails.

Hi I did last week apparently takes upto 28 days. Just frustrating with leaving voicemails.
