I can't call anyone or text anyone. I've checked my app but it says I have no bills outstanding. I did the trouble shoot which told be to reset the phone which I did. I put my sim card in another phone and it did work either. I cant get through to o2 gurus so hopingni can find some help. I have a samsung s8 plus.

Sounds like a sim fault then so the easiest way is to pop into your local o2 shop and get a new free one.
You could call and ask customer services but in store is quicker.
